Dragon Age Origins – The Mage’s Treasure – Juggernaut Plate Armor

www.facebook.com | | Part of Dragon Age : Origins on Nightmare Difficulty, played as a melee mage. The Juggernaut Plate Armor from The Mage’s Treasure quest. It’s in the Brecilian ruins (same ruins as the arcane warrior). Just keep heading through the ruins and you WILL find a locked door, can’t miss it. If you still need help finding it on the map, pause the video at 2:57 to see where in the ruins it is. You NEED the tablet you find in a sarcophagus where you meet the ghost boy….the southern room after you meet the ghost boy & fight the group of skeletons. To get in the room take the jug, fill it with water, put it on the alter, pray, take a drink (not all of it), then pour the rest back. It won’t work without the tablet. =P | |

    This is way too early in the game && the character wasn’t ready to rely on melee just yet. But yeah, the characters entire template is based around melee && tanking. Which is why I refused to pick up a 2nd offensive spell to make it easier early on.

    You know, it doesn’t really count as a melee mage if you’re not… Well, using melee attacks…

    why dont you use a staff that does something other than nature damage since the monsters your fighting are immune to it?
    i always keep a couple incase i run into something that has a weakness for fire, or ice etc

    @VizioNGam3rZ what makes it so much better is graphics you can have about 30 quick access abilities in the bottom of the screen saving you can create your own mods with the dao toolset (you can also use other peoples), you can enable developers console and the gameplay overall is better than both consoles gameplay with this game, I own 3 copies of DAO 1 for Xbox 360, PS3 and computer and computer is by far the best.

    I actually haven’t played the DLC content for this game so I don’t know what kind of content those provide. But, with Awakening you’ll have more specializations (Battlemage && Keeper) so you’ll have more options to choose from.

    I personally like the Blood Mage + Arcane Warrior skillset better. If you have the expansion there are more combinations to choose from though.

    You get 2 specializations so you can do Blood Mage + Arcane Warrior, or Blood Mage + Shapeshifter.

    HOW COME these CHARACTERS are following the character he’s controling but my characters dont follow and help me out, they just stand in one spot while i’m up ahead fighting. And IDK How to make it so they’ll follow me again can someone help?? PLease?

    @urbanvikings not really the best one is the one from the king(if you got return from ostagar expansion)wich you can download it free + all expantions on isohunt/tpb
